Please note that we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy for all 1:1 sessions. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.

Initial Consultation Session

Before the trainings begin, the trainer will usually conduct an initial consultation to assess your fitness goals, current fitness level, medical history, and any injuries or limitations you may have. This is an opportunity for the trainer to get to know you and design a customised plan tailored to your needs.

The trainer may also perform a physical fitness assessment to gather more information about your fitness level, which can help them develop a training plan that is appropriate for you.


Once the initial consultation and assessment are complete, you can schedule your personal training sessions. Depending on the trainers availability, you may be able to book individual sessions or a package of sessions.

Training Session

Prior to your first session, the trainer will provide you with instructions on what to wear, what to bring, and any other necessary information. They may also ask you to fill out a health questionnaire or release form.

During the personal training session, the trainer will lead you through a workout based on your fitness goals and customised training plan. They will provide guidance on proper form and technique, and adjust the workout as necessary to ensure that you are challenging yourself appropriately.
