These membership terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your membership at Akasha Wellness Bangkok (“the Studio”). By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Membership Types and Benefits
The Studio offers various types of memberships, including but not limited to unlimited monthly memberships, class packages, and drop-in rates. Each membership type comes with its own benefits, which may be subject to change at the Studio’s discretion. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Payment
All memberships must be paid for in full before their activation. The Studio accepts Cash, QR Prompt Pay, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit card payments. Memberships may be renewed automatically, and the member must ensure that sufficient funds are available on the payment method on file to avoid any interruption of their membership.

 Cancellation and Refunds
All memberships are non-refundable, and cancellations or early terminations are not allowed except in case of medical conditions or relocation outside of Bangkok, which must be supported by appropriate documentation. Refunds will be processed on a pro-rated basis, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Participants may reserve their spot in a class online, LINE, via phone, or in-person at the Studio. All reservations are subject to availability and may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the drop-in pass.

 Studio Policies and Rules
All members must comply with the Studio’s policies and rules, which include but are not limited to:

• Arriving on time for classes- 10 minutes earlier 
• Checking in at the front desk before each class
• Bringing in their own yoga mat if possible - Studio only has limited mats and these will be subject to availability. 
• Wearing appropriate clothing [Sportswear, Yoga wear] 
• Not engaging in any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, racial/gender/religious discrimination, or use of drugs or alcohol.

The Studio reserves the right to deny access to any member who fails to comply with these policies and rules.

Waiver and Release of Liability
All members must sign a waiver and release of liability before their first class. The waiver and release of liability releases the Studio, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with their participation in any services offered by the Studio, to the fullest extent permitted by Thai law.

 Changes to Agreement
The Studio may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the modified terms and conditions on its website or in the Studio. By continuing to use your membership after any modification, you agree to the modified terms and conditions.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

 By purchasing a membership at the Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

These drop-in terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in classes at Akasha Wellness Bangkok (“the Studio”). By purchasing a drop-in pass, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 Payment
All drop-in passes must be paid for in full before participation in any class. The Studio accepts Cash, QR Prompt Pay, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit card payments online. QR and Bank transfer payments can be made via LINE @akashawellnessbkk / Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
